Is it possible to add a bank account to PayPal without having to link it?

I want to be able to transfer money from paypal to my bank account, but I do not want to have to link the bank account. If I click on "Add Bank Account", it goes straight to asking me to link it.

No. There is no way to do this without linking the bank account to paypal. The only other way to "get your money out" is to leave the money in paypal, and spend it.
I would just link the account.
